Refund policy

At Freak Lunchbox we hope you love your purchase!

 

Should you need to return a product we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund for products that are in like new condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

 

Requests for returns and exchanges from the online store are dealt with by our customer care department. If there are any concerns with your order please contact customer service within 7 days of the receipt of your order. 
 
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Freak Lunchbox will accept no liability for product damaged due to weather.  During hot climates extra packaging precautions will be used as a preventative measure.
