Shipping policy

Freak Lunchbox ships its products within 1-2 business days (or 3-7 business days in the Holiday season) of receiving an online order, however we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Shipping rates are based on total order weight and location of buyer and are calculated through Canada Post.  These rates are subject to change without notice.  

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars.

Delivery within Nova Scotia is completed by third-party company Haligone. All orders being delivered require at least 24 hours notice, and preferred delivery date and time frame must be specified in the checkout notes. Haligone nor Freak Lunchbox can guarantee delivery times.
